A lot has happened since then.
First, there were the recent arrests of two of the five men suspected of being behind the recent online attacks against a number of media outlets, which included the theft of a number, as well as the theft and subsequent release of confidential data.
The news reports that the two men, both former students of the same university, were behind the latest attacks have also come to light.
And then there was the resignation of the university’s president.
A year ago, the news that the university was in the process of being taken over by the government had the potential to be devastating.
But in the year since, things have been more subdued.
This time last year, the government was looking to seize control of the entire organisation and force all staff to relocate.
It was hoped that the move would bring the entire institution to a state of disarray.
It wasn’t the first time the government of Canada was threatening to take control of universities.
In 2006, it threatened to revoke the charter of Ontario’s universities, after it decided to pull the plug on its own plan to privatise them.
That was a decade ago.
Today, the province is trying to privatize the universities of Ontario by putting the entire business model under the control of a consortium of investors.
Now, in the last few months, we have seen some positive developments.
For example, the University of Toronto has been holding an annual conference called Canada 150, where students are encouraged to come together, talk about issues, and share their experiences of life in the United States, Canada, and the world.
Also, a new university is being built, in Montreal, that will open in 2021.
The students there are being encouraged to build something new, something that is both global in scope and will include some of the best faculty in the country.
This has made the Canadian education system a bit more resilient than we would like.
It’s certainly a lot more focused on the students than on the administrators.
And, for a start, the universities are doing a lot of the hard work of finding ways to ensure that they’re going to attract and retain the best talent.
So, that’s a good thing.
But the new government of the United Kingdom is also doing some very important work to support education in the UK, which is a major driver of the British economy.
For instance, it has announced plans to create the first-ever National Council for Teacher Quality, which will focus on improving the quality of teaching in all of its forms, including education.
And it’s also investing heavily in digital technology, with the creation of the National Digital Skills Initiative, which aims to increase the effectiveness of teaching through digital literacy, problem solving and communication skills.
The Government is also looking at a number proposals to strengthen the UK’s national teaching workforce, which has a long history of struggling with the changing demands of modern society.
The government is also investing in its own public services, particularly in the health and education sectors, and is working to improve education across the whole country.
The UK is the only country in the world to have an education minister.
Finally, there’s the government itself.
For a start it has a new chief executive, John Swinney, who is also the first person from a major country in recent history to hold the position.
He was elected in a landslide, with 61 per cent of the vote, to replace former Education Secretary Nicky Morgan, who was forced to resign over allegations of sexual harassment.
The new government is aiming to build a stronger, more efficient and accountable public sector.
And the United Nations has made some big changes in the past year, particularly when it comes to addressing climate change.
On the international front, the United Nation’s Framework Convention on Climate Change has been ratified, and it will come into effect in 2019.
That will give the UN a lot to work with, as the UN has long been known for its ambitious and controversial climate change agenda.
And now the world has started to see the results of its efforts.
For one, countries like the United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh have begun to cut their carbon emissions, as has China, which recently announced plans for a huge investment in clean energy.
In terms of international trade, the WTO has made a number positive moves.
One of the first things it did was to establish a climate and environmental audit, which, by the way, is one of the most important mechanisms in the WTO.
The other major change the WTO did this year was to create a Climate Action Protocol.
This is a binding treaty, and its aim is to set out a framework for
