The Vegan Omelette (or Omelets for short) Recipe: How to Make Vegan Omesolet Vegan Omlette Ingredients 2 cups vegan oatmeal (preferably organic) 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted 3 tablespoons vegan cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/3 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese Directions In a large bowl, whisk together coconut oil and coconut milk.

Add the vegan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Add in the vanilla extract and salt and stir to combine.

Add 1/1 cup of the mozzarelli to the mixture, and mix until well combined.

Add vegan cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the bowl of oatmeal.

Pour oatmeal into the prepared bowl.

Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese over top.

Drizzle with vegan mozarella cheese.

Bake at 350ยบ for 30 minutes.
